In this guide

Historically, WHS has focussed primarily on identifying and reducing risks to physical health in the workplace. New WHS regulations now formalise the existing duty of care to manage risks to both physical and psychological health, making it a mandatory requirement for employers (known as “Persons Conducting a Business or Undertaking” or “PCBUs”) to systematically manage psychosocial risks.

Get our guide to make sure your workplace is compliant with new WHS regulations as of 1 December, 2025.

The guide covers:

  • An overview of new Occupational Health and Safety Regulations
  • The key compliance requirements for employers
  • Guidance for how to properly manage psychosocial risks
  • And a quick reference psychosocial hazards checklist
